I find it a better experience to buy things in store than online. I am glad that the prices at Zoo are the same as online and the discounts are the same. They are celebrating their 35th anniversary recently so there are great discounts!

Nicely sized store with a unique fish section. Most of the tanks actually look nice and natural, a black background does wonders! There's a back section kept in this dark roofed corner of the store. Among the danker fish are two(?) walls of betta fish tanks. Most seem nice and healthy. Nearby there also seems to be some enclosures for reptiles and sorts. Unfortunately, when I arrived it was empty with the only things being there is a tank for terrarium plants and another for juvenile walking sticks. The employee at the fish section was pretty helpful in chatting with me about my specific tank information and whether or not certain flora and fauna would fit in my community tank. I got a pair of honey gouramis. (Unfortunately, one of them died from dropsy, whether or not it was from the store or my tank I'll never know) They have a few tanks that showcase how a established tank would look like if the bought home tank was set-up. Aswell as a small selection of different live plants. I didn't see any saltwater tanks unfortunately, despite some reviews and photos indicating otherwise... Overall, not a bad store to visit, even if you just want to look at the cool tanks they have.
