Good store, good selection and prices, helpful staff. The only negative is that the prices are not the same as on their website, but they can usually match it if you ask nicely :)

I really like this store, but I think they should have a larger selection of fish and live animals.

Really good availability of things! No more having to buy online! Sometimes is better to see the sizes in person, and some other animal product shops do not have many of their things available in location. In zoo.se one can finally see a spread of all sizes for any of the products they sell. This is perfect when having a dog that is hard to get the correct sizing for. The variety is also very good, some very specific things, like when I was looking for a sleeping bag for my dog, could only be found in this store. They also offer things for a wide range of animals. The shop is well organized and the personel is always very kind.

Good deals if they have what you need in stock, likely most comparable to online retail prices. Cute small animals such as hamsters, rats and budgies in the back, even though I’m not sure it’s nice to have them in the store like that.

Absolutely fantastic and professional staff. Been buying my dog products and food from their website for years. Was in store today and got tips and help from the guy working there, extremely helpful, friendly, service minded and knowledgeable.
